1. Delivery Confirmation & Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, or FedEx, our responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

If a package is reported as delivered by the carrier but is claimed lost, missing, or stolen:

We are not responsible for replacing the item.
We do not issue refunds or reshipments for packages marked as delivered.
Any disputes, claims, or investigations must be initiated directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.
The customer is solely responsible for filing claims with UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
We recommend customers ensure secure delivery locations and consider contacting the carrier for delivery options if package security is a concern.

2. Reconstitution & Handling of Lyophilized Products

Our products are professionally manufactured, lyophilized, and tested for purity, content verification, and identification prior to shipment.

We are not responsible for:

Improper reconstitution techniques
Clumping, foaming, or cloudiness caused by incorrect handling
Damage resulting from excessive force, improper diluent use, or improper storage after delivery

If you experience issues during reconstitution (including clumpy or cloudy appearance), please consult proper reconstitution guidelines and best practices before assuming product defect.

Due to the sensitive nature of lyophilized materials, we do not replace products based on reconstitution errors or improper handling after delivery.

3. Product Testing & Quality Assurance

Restricted Resale

You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, relabeling, repackaging, or incorporating any products purchased from Alpha One Nutrition into other goods or services without our express prior written consent.

This restriction does not apply to authorized wholesale partners operating under a current, valid Wholesale Agreement with Alpha One Nutrition. Wholesale rights, repackaging permissions, and labeling standards are governed exclusively by that agreement.

Any unauthorized resale or redistribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:

Legal action, including injunctive relief
Claims for damages
